What you will do

• Build, lead, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team from the ground up.
• Define and own the technical roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and operations stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Guide the team in designing and maintaining robust system integrations.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants.
• Support the professional growth and productivity of team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a solution architect or senior engineer building complex system integrations.
• Previous experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Ability to work independently and foster team belonging in a distributed environment.
• Comfortable working closely with non-technical business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with integration patterns and Java/Spring Boot.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.
