What you will do

• Manage the engineering team and drive technical delivery for international public-sector projects.
• Design, build, and optimize backend services for AI-driven applications, including AI agents, evaluation tooling, and automation.
• Lead work across the full product lifecycle, from concept and system design through production.
• Build features end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and high-velocity experiments.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and cross-functional teams to define and ship product features.
• Shape engineering culture and processes while inspiring and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing backend engineers is preferred.
• Proven success leading, managing, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at hirify.global.
• Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
