What you will do

• Coordinate the development of AI agents and internal tools by translating business requirements into technical direction.
• Design and execute training programs, workshops, and documentation to drive AI adoption across all teams.
• Establish and grow an internal AI champions program to foster a culture of AI-first work.
• Draft and operationalize AI access policies, usage guardrails, and safety standards.
• Act as a central connector between engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives are visible and trusted.

Requirements

• Technical foundation: Engineering degree or equivalent with sufficient coding exposure to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Experience: A few years in a fast-moving environment such as operations, strategy, product, consulting, or program management.
• AI-native mindset: Proven habit of using AI tools by default and a desire to deepen technical expertise.
• Generalist capability: Ability to switch between strategy, delivery, and people-focused tasks within the same day.
• Learning agility: Exceptional speed in grasping unfamiliar concepts and applying feedback.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a low-ego, collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal, GTM, or highly regulated/high-trust environments.
• Familiarity with agent platforms, workflow automation tools, or no/low-code AI solutions.
• Proven track record of building initiatives from scratch.
