What you will do
- Lead delivery for engineering teams, prioritizing and executing strategic and operational projects.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to address new engineering priorities and challenges.
- Coach, develop, and support team members to strengthen individual and team performance.
- Serve as a key liaison between business and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Identify delivery and operational risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Prepare and deliver regular management updates and reporting on project status.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid model in Dublin, Ireland.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- 7+ years of experience managing software development teams, specifically managing multiple teams.
- Hands-on software development experience in Java or Python.
- Practical knowledge of data engineering, databases, cloud technologies, and APIs.
