What you will do

• Define and manage the global Total Rewards and Mobility strategy.
• Oversee annual reward cycles, including merit, bonus, and LTI.
• Evolve the global job architecture and support EU Pay Transparency readiness.
• Support executive compensation and board remuneration governance.
• Ensure scalable, compliant, and technology-enabled reward practices globally.
• Manage the global mobility framework, policies, and vendor setup.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in global compensation, benefits, executive remuneration, and mobility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead reward cycles and specialist teams.
• Experience with job architecture, pay transparency, and governance in an international setting.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including executive and board level.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to turn business needs into practical reward solutions.
