What you will do
- Define and lead the global strategy for executive compensation, LTI plans, and global mobility.
- Design and manage executive base salary structures, short-term and long-term incentive programs, and retirement provisions.
- Oversee governance and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.
- Partner with the CEO, EVP HR, and Legal team on corporate governance matters related to executive rewards.
- Provide expert guidance to top business leaders and HR Directors on compensation packages and employment contracts.
- Analyze market trends and internal data to ensure reward approaches remain competitive and aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- M.Sc. or Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational company.
- Strong expertise in reward or compensation roles, specifically executive remuneration.
- Proven track record in LTI plan design and implementation.
- Experience with global mobility programs and managing external service providers.
- Fluency in English is required.
