What you will do

  • Define and lead the global strategy for executive compensation, LTI plans, and global mobility.
  • Design and manage executive base salary structures, short-term and long-term incentive programs, and retirement provisions.
  • Oversee governance and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Partner with the CEO, EVP HR, and Legal team on corporate governance matters related to executive rewards.
  • Provide expert guidance to top business leaders and HR Directors on compensation packages and employment contracts.
  • Analyze market trends and internal data to ensure reward approaches remain competitive and aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • M.Sc. or Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational company.
  • Strong expertise in reward or compensation roles, specifically executive remuneration.
  • Proven track record in LTI plan design and implementation.
  • Experience with global mobility programs and managing external service providers.
  • Fluency in English is required.
