HR Business Partner (Shipping): Leading recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and organizational design initiatives for a growing maritime transportation organization with an accent on employee development, compliance, and strategic HR programs. Focus on designing training and development plans, supporting compensation and engagement initiatives, and maintaining effective organizational structures and performance processes.

Privately owned shipping company headquartered in Piraeus, operating a growing fleet of modern eco tanker vessels and providing maritime transportation services worldwide.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding in partnership with hiring managers.
- Identify learning and development needs and coordinate the annual training plan.
- Coordinate the annual performance management cycle, including MBOs and development plans.
- Support organizational design initiatives and maintain organizational structures and job descriptions.
- Contribute to compensation, benefits, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Uphold internal and external compliance requirements, with particular focus on TMSA Element 2.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Shipping, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar role.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-oriented mindset, proactive and collaborative attitude, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- MSc degree in Human Resources Management.
