What you will do
- Manage day-to-day media buying, optimization, and pacing across creative-led channels including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Translate local market priorities into concrete growth strategies and media plans.
- Set media mix and lead budget allocation reviews while owning the experiment roadmap.
- Partner with the Data team to run incrementality studies and calibrate marketing mix models.
- Translate performance data into creative insights to guide asset rotation and refresh needs.
- Improve marketing systems and workflows through automation and the adoption of AI tooling.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
- Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management across major platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in incrementality testing, lift studies, and MMM.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to improve performance through structured testing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience improving funnels for web and app-based products.
