Performance Manager (Digital Marketing) - Beirut (Performance Marketing): Developing and executing performance marketing strategies across multi-market accounts with an accent on paid media, campaign optimization, tracking, and client leadership. Focus on managing high-volume campaigns, leading teams, integrating pixels, SDKs, and CAPI, and translating performance data into strategic recommendations.
Location: Beirut, Lebanon; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do
- Develop and deliver performance marketing strategies across multiple markets.
- Own client relationships and provide strategic leadership for assigned accounts.
- Manage and mentor team members while implementing performance marketing best practices.
- Prepare paid performance proposals and presentations.
- Manage digital platform relationships and oversee campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and tracking.
- Translate campaign results into strategic recommendations and drive innovation through digital performance best practices and platform betas.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of digital media experience with strong knowledge across multiple channels.
- Experience managing regional or multi-market accounts in high-volume environments.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and social platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
- Proficiency in platform integrations and technical implementations, including pixels, SDKs, and CAPI; familiarity with CDPs.
- Strong presentation, client management, data-driven decision-making, and user acquisition skills.
