What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and marketers to define and execute the analytics strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product and marketing metrics.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure product impact.
• Manage event logging templates to ensure accurate tracking of user interactions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve product performance and marketing ROI.
• Prioritize analytical tasks based on business value and strategic impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar analytics role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Strong Python skills including pandas and data visualization libraries.
• Solid understanding of statistics, including experiment design and correlation analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
