What you will do

• Collaborate with supervisors and production to create high-quality visual effects.

• Produce compelling look-tests based on creative briefs and reference materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia with valid local working rights.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Houdini for FX creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Arts, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of rigid body, particle, and fluid dynamics.
• Strong foundational knowledge of physical dynamics and natural phenomena.
• Ability to take precise direction from show leads and supervisors.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Embergen.
• Experience with 3ds Max or Maya.
• Scripting proficiency.
