Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Remote

Salary: PHP 20,000–25,000 per month

What you will do

• Support social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance optimization.
• Assist with influencer identification, outreach, partnership coordination, content approvals, and campaign reporting.
• Manage support tasks for paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, data analysis, and A/B testing.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO activities, technical audits, site speed improvements, schema markup, and performance monitoring.
• Support email, SMS, and CRM campaigns through audience segmentation, content creation, scheduling, database management, and reporting.
• Prepare pitch materials, contribute to brainstorming, and share digital marketing and industry insights with internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and collaborative working style.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.

• Internship or relevant work experience in digital marketing.
