What you will do

• Own the company's automation roadmap and deliver measurable operational leverage.
• Scale the AI Operations function, including hiring and developing additional operators and engineers.
• Identify high-ROI automation opportunities by shadowing clinical and back-office teams.
• Lead data integrations across major EHRs (eClinicalWorks, Athena, NextGen) and ensure pipeline reliability.
• Maintain internal AI tooling (LLMs, agent frameworks) and train teammates to be AI power users.
• Partner with Engineering to align on integration patterns, data contracts, and product vs. ops scope.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, software engineering, or product management.
• Fluency with modern AI tooling, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Technical aptitude with APIs and light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Must be based in New York City.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
