What you will do

• Build and deploy agents to automate high-volume People and Operations workflows.
• Automate recruiting pipelines, including screening and scheduling, to improve recruiter efficiency.
• Develop lightweight internal applications to replace manual spreadsheet and email-based processes.
• Establish guardrails and review loops to ensure automated decisions are auditable and compliant.
• Create AI-powered reporting and insights to surface real-time visibility into operational metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mountain View, US with ability to work in-office 2 days a week.
• No visa sponsorship or immigration support provided.
• 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration patterns including RAG, tool calling, and agent architectures.
• Proficiency with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or MCP.
• Strong understanding of privacy, governance, and responsible AI in sensitive data contexts.
