What you will do
- Build and deploy agents to automate high-volume People and Operations workflows.
- Automate recruiting pipelines, including screening and scheduling, to improve recruiter efficiency.
- Develop lightweight internal applications to replace manual spreadsheet and email-based processes.
- Establish guardrails and review loops to ensure automated decisions are auditable and compliant.
- Create AI-powered reporting and insights to surface real-time visibility into operational metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mountain View, US with ability to work in-office 2 days a week.
- No visa sponsorship or immigration support provided.
- 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration patterns including RAG, tool calling, and agent architectures.
- Proficiency with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or MCP.
- Strong understanding of privacy, governance, and responsible AI in sensitive data contexts.

- Familiarity with HR and operations systems such as Workday or Greenhouse.
