What you will do

• Manage and execute events from end to end, including registration, guest experience, catering, and on-site production.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, tracking all milestones and deliverables.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors such as caterers, AV providers, and creative production teams.
• Oversee attendee registration, check-in processes, and manage pre- and post-event communications.
• Maintain meticulous financial records, monitoring budgets and reporting on expenditures.
• Collaborate with internal design, procurement, and security teams to align events with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of event production experience, managing end-to-end planning and on-site execution.
• Expertise in leading guest experience and front-of-house operations for high-profile corporate events.
• Proficiency with Mac and event software systems like AirTable, Luma, Swoogo, and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in London, UK.
