What you will do

  • Own the entire offline event strategy, from trade shows to exclusive executive dinners.
  • Build event formats from scratch, including agenda design, speaker selection, and partner management.
  • Partner directly with the CEO to manage the company's offline calendar and premium brand positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure event activities translate into qualified pipeline.
  • Represent the brand on stage as an MC and host for senior leadership audiences.
  • Manage event budgets and logistics with high attention to detail under pressure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building premium B2B events from zero, including executive roundtables and roadshows.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to trace event ROI back to sales pipeline.
  • Ability to host and MC events for senior leaders with a professional, unrehearsed presence.
  • AI-native mindset, using AI tools for research, deck creation, and documentation.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Warsaw, Poland.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and events as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS field marketing or community building.
  • Background in CX, IT, banking, fintech, insurance, retail, or logistics sectors.
  • Track record of building repeatable event playbooks in collaboration with SDR and Sales teams.
