Associate Director, Investor Delivery - Private Equity (Private Equity)

What you will do

• Support senior leadership with department initiatives, projects, budgets, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee investor registration, dealing, reporting, cash operations, and client integration activities.
• Manage sensitive and escalated issues involving clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate with AML teams and administrators, review operational schedules and reports, and ensure compliance with organizational controls.
• Allocate resources to meet service-level agreements and lead performance management, coaching, and development for direct reports.
• Participate in client service reviews, system initiatives, and process, technology, and reporting improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in fund administration, investment management, or fund auditing, including staff management.
• In-depth understanding of the fund industry and investor operations.
• Experience in client or customer service management and people leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, risk management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong PC skills, with Microsoft Excel proficiency particularly valued.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of private markets, including private equity, private debt, and real estate.
• Experience with Investran or Yardi.
