What you will do

• Oversee investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash processes to ensure adherence to policies.
• Manage sensitive escalations from clients, investors, and fund managers to a high-quality standard.
• Coordinate with internal AML teams and administrators to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Lead and develop direct reports through regular one-to-ones, career coaching, and annual reviews.
• Drive process improvements, technology enhancements, and participate in system initiatives.
• Participate in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) framework and conduct service review calls.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years' experience in the fund administration industry, including staff management.
• In-depth knowledge of investor operations and the fund industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills for client and investor interaction.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of private markets, specifically private equity, private debt, and real estate.
• Experience working with Investran or Yardi.
