What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of feature areas from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Design and build high-quality, production-ready features for the Identity Governance system.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and SRE teams to scope and deliver scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Handle customer-reported issues and deliver high-quality bug fixes.
• Monitor system performance and reliability post-launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Go.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and APIs.
• Practical experience building and operating distributed systems in a cloud environment.
• Ability to produce clear technical designs and documentation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for complex multi-service systems.

Nice to have

• Experience building identity, access management, or governance (IAM/IGA) products.
• Familiarity with workflow engines or approval/routing systems.
• Experience working in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Practical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
