Salary: CA$144,780 – CA$170,000

What you will do
- Implement and maintain core services for the cloud-hosted Konnect control plane.
- Design and implement technical solutions for microservices and distributed systems.
- Participate in production support and on-call rotations for maintained services.
- Develop automated tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
- Contribute to the development of enterprise-grade cloud services.
- Mentor team members and foster engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in delivering and maintaining complex software solutions.
- Proficiency in Go.
- Experience designing and debugging microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of DevOps monitoring, observability, and containerization with Kubernetes.
- Experience with L4/L7 proxies such as Nginx, HA-proxy, or Envoy.
- Strong background in API design, lifecycle management, and relational database data modeling.
Nice to have
- Deep expertise in Go standards and best practices.
- Experience with NGINX, OpenResty, , or LuaJIT.
- Familiarity with Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
- Contributions to Open Source Software projects.
