Senior DevOps Engineer (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Jenkins for SFCC, Fluent Commerce, and SFMC.
• Manage infrastructure observability and proactive monitoring using the ELK stack.
• Coordinate environment management and deployment automation for tools like OpenText DAM, Salsify PIM, and ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, including Run Books, SOPs, and KEDB.
• Enforce DevOps best practices and integrate incident/change workflows within ServiceNow ITSM.
• Ensure secure and scalable platform operations via automated job execution and rollback strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log pipelines and observability.
• Experience with ITSM processes and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Ability to script for automation using Bash, Python, or Groovy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiarity with GDPR or SOC 2 compliance standards.
• Exposure to headless commerce architecture and microservices.
• Experience integrating monitoring systems with PagerDuty or Slack.
