What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of data products from ideation and development to deployment and optimization.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing business goals with technical feasibility and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analytics Specialists.
• Translate business needs into actionable and achievable technical requirements.
• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure product impact.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to support the growth of data initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Background in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing products, projects, or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong skills in value-based prioritization and risk management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Visualization and Advanced Analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence initiatives applied to data products.
• Familiarity with project and product management tools.
