What you will do

• Refresh the content and design of Abandon and customer onboarding email series to improve engagement and conversion.
• Design and build new emails to drive peer-to-peer referrals.
• Build and launch an SMS journey to encourage form completion and appointment booking.
• Optimize emails against specific performance metrics like click rate, open rate, and conversion rate.

Requirements

• Experience coding responsive, mobile-first emails in HTML for major clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail).
• Proven track record of writing and optimizing emails based on performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals: segmentation, triggers, and behavioral targeting.
• Strong copywriting instincts for compelling subject lines, CTAs, and body copy.
• Familiarity with SMS campaign best practices, including TCPA and opt-in flows.
• Must be open to a contract (1099) relationship.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and speed up email creation.
• Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in Iterable.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
