AI Automation Co-op (AI)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid and remote options are indicated, with fully remote hiring available for select positions.

Salary: $4,000 per month. Co-op team members, independent contractors, and freelancers are not eligible for company benefits.

hirify.global is an AI-powered influencer marketing company that combines creator relationships, proprietary social data, and campaign management tools for brands.

What you will do

• Interview stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify repetitive workflows suitable for automation.
• Build and ship AI-powered automations and internal tools using APIs, AI-native platforms, and no-code or low-code tools.
• Connect LLMs, agents, prompt patterns, and existing systems to deliver practical workflow outcomes.
• Document automations, contribute to error handling and monitoring, and maintain reusable templates and integration examples.
• Support training sessions and collaborate with engineers, operations teammates, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related program, or equivalent practical experience.
• Some coding experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, or a similar language.
• Curiosity about AI automation, including experience experimenting with LLMs, prompt design, or no-code tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical colleagues.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, learning new tools quickly, and shipping iterative solutions.
• Experience with data extraction, cleaning, or analysis is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools.
