AI Automation Co-op (Spring 2027)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid and fully remote options are indicated for select positions.

Salary: $4,000 per month.

hirify.global is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform that combines creator relationships, proprietary social data, and expert guidance to help brands plan and run effective campaigns.

What you will do

• Interview stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify repetitive workflows suitable for automation.
• Translate loosely defined workflow problems into scoped technical solutions with guidance from the AI Automation team.
• Build and ship internal automations using AI-native platforms, APIs, LLMs, agents, and no-code or low-code tools.
• Iterate on prototypes based on stakeholder feedback and real-world usage, targeting 2–3 production automations during the term.
• Document automations, contribute error handling and basic monitoring, and maintain reusable templates and integration examples.
• Support training sessions and collaborate with engineers and business teams to improve adoption.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related program, or able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
• Some experience building with Python, JavaScript, C#, or a similar programming language.
• Curiosity about AI and automation, including experimentation with LLMs, prompt design, or no-code tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, learn new tools quickly, and prioritize shipping useful solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data, including extracting, cleaning, and interpreting it.
• Experience with reusable prompt templates, integrations, or internal tooling.
