Sr. Data Analyst (AI)

Sr. Data Analyst (AI): Supporting the ongoing operations, enhancement, and maintenance of data products within the AIMS team with an accent on advanced statistical modeling and AI integration. Focus on developing scalable analytical pipelines, implementing machine learning models, and driving actionable insights for revenue and growth initiatives.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Orlando, FL office (Hybrid: 3 days/week)

What you will do

• Design and implement advanced algorithms, including clustering, supervised learning, and time-series forecasting.
• Develop, validate, and deploy scalable statistical models to generate actionable business insights.
• Partner with finance, product, and marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Cleanse, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure analytical readiness.
• Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize KPIs for revenue and pricing initiatives.
• Leverage AI and Generative AI technologies to automate workflows and enhance decision-support capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Science.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with GitHub for version control, CI/CD workflows, and collaborative development.
• Must be willing to work in the Orlando, FL office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in pricing or marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with Media, News, or Entertainment industries.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience.
