What you will do

• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with oncology providers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the assigned territory.
• Deliver balanced, clinically relevant education on hirify.global’s oncology molecular diagnostics and clinical data.
• Execute territory plans aligned to Medical Affairs priorities with speed and agility.
• Identify and communicate field insights, including treatment trends, unmet clinical needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a timely, compliant, and scientifically rigorous manner.
• Support Medical Affairs initiatives (e.g., advisory boards, medical education) and coordinate clinical trial/research activities at academic institutions and study sites.

Requirements

• Must reside within the assigned territory: Southwest (Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico).
• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree preferred (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., D.N.P.); minimum of a Master’s degree required.
• Prior Medical Affairs or MSL experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a strong team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to travel extensively (60–70%) across the territory and support evening/weekend clinical meetings when needed.
• Complete required HIPAA/PHI privacy and compliance/security training within the first 30 days of hire and maintain current training status.
