What you will do

  • Partner with Account Managers to support senior executive clients across the Latin America region.
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, executive advisory sessions, and client calls from scheduling to delivery.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person client events, roundtables, and market briefings.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, analysts, and internal teams.
  • Track client engagement metrics and identify opportunities to increase service utilization.
  • Support client onboarding and assist in the preparation of presentations and briefing materials.

Requirements

  • Spanish fluency required
  • 1-3 years of experience in client success, account coordination, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, international affairs, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior-level executives and stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Portuguese fluency
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Background in supporting events, webinars, or executive programs
