Salary: $140,000 – $300,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Design and operate frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems.
• Develop specialized reasoning agents and human-in-the-loop AI features.
• Implement A/B tests and ship production features tied to real business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers to automate cumbersome manual healthcare workflows.
• Build systems combining deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and LLMs.
• Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and reliable at scale.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
• Proven track record of owning features or services end-to-end in production.
• Experience scaling systems and debugging issues across performance, reliability, and data correctness.
• Ability to lead projects independently from design through deployment and iteration.
• Must be based in the United States.
