What you will do

• Drive the technical direction and architecture of the Insights practice management platform.
• Design and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Improve system reliability through advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.
• Optimize web application performance to ensure seamless experiences for millions of users.
• Mentor and guide engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to build intuitive, high-impact healthcare tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
• Expertise in JavaScript (React), Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong architectural skills with a focus on building scalable, reliable, and performant web applications.
• Proven experience leading high-impact, multi-month projects in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization, state management, and component-driven design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to cross-functional leadership.
