What you will do

• Architect and maintain scalable, stateful AI agents using Python and modern frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI.
• Implement production monitoring, tracing, and observability for agentic workflows.
• Lead the integration of AI agents into core product infrastructure, including containerization and CI/CD deployment.
• Design automated evaluation pipelines using LLM-as-a-judge to ensure agent safety and groundedness.
• Optimize RAG pipelines and agent loops for production constraints, including cost and latency.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in asynchronous programming and error handling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on production-grade AI/ML applications and LLMs.
• Mandatory expertise in Python and deep familiarity with LLM APIs and frameworks.
• Proven experience with agentic systems, RAG, vector databases, and memory management.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate high-level business needs into concrete, maintainable, and well-tested code.
