What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term QA vision, strategy, and standards to support the future growth of the game.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary QA organization covering functional, automation, performance, certification, and live operations testing.
• Establish measurable quality goals and KPIs using data, telemetry, and player feedback to improve release stability.
• Oversee QA operations, including resource planning, budgeting, organizational design, and vendor management.
• Partner with Production, Tech, Design, and Publishing leaders to integrate quality objectives throughout the development cycle.
• Drive innovation in automation, tooling, and reporting to champion game stability and overall product quality.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in QA within game development or large-scale software environments.
• At least 7 years of experience leading a QA team or department.
• Proven experience working on long-running live-service or multiplayer titles with extensive post-launch support.
• Deep expertise in QA strategy, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and telemetry-driven testing.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine development pipelines.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
