What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web-based applications.
• Build and execute automated test suites across UI, API, and database layers.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable feedback.
• Analyze and resolve automation issues, including flaky tests and environment inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on automation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in QA automation for web applications.
• Advanced proficiency with Selenium WebDriver or comparable browser automation tools.
• Experience designing or improving scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Ability to overlap with Eastern Time (ET) hours.
