What you will do

• Define, implement, and maintain a solid QA framework and process.
• Provide a holistic quality overview of upcoming changes through relevant tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate testing for technical issues uncovered through KPI trends and Customer Support escalations.
• Build and deploy testing suites and cases to verify game feature functionality.
• Create and execute testing plans for passing console certification.
• Advocate for the quality of the player experience.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with at least 1 title shipped as a lead.
• Must be based in Quebec.
• Excellent communication and effective time management skills.
• Exceptional reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar bug tracking systems.
• Experience supporting multiple platforms (PC, Console) and console certification.

Nice to have

• Experience in online and open-world games.
• Knowledge and experience working with Unreal and Unity.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks.
