AVP, Authentication Analytics & Strategy (Fintech): Leading data-driven strategy development for customer authentication across digital channels with an accent on reducing fraud and account takeover risk. Location: Must be based in the U.S. and able to commute to a Hub for in-person engagement.
Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Define target-state authentication journeys and risk-based decisioning frameworks across customer touchpoints.
- Translate business objectives into measurable OKRs/KPIs and establish governance to track ROI.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for policy tuning, signal enrichment, and platform modernization.
- Conduct deep dives on fraud events like ATO spikes and credential stuffing to recommend control improvements.
- Partner with data science and engineering to define data requirements and instrumentation for decisioning.
- Quantify financial benefits including loss avoidance, operational savings, and digital conversion uplift.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or 9+ years of relevant experience in Credit, Marketing, or Risk.
- 3+ years of experience with statistical tools such as SAS, Python, and Tableau.
- 3+ years of experience in retail, business, installment loans, or private label credit.
- Expert level proficiency with Excel.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
