Salary: $167,500 - $235,000 per year

What you will do

• Independently own large-scoped projects from discovery through launch to drive customer impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for complex customer challenges.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing core platform systems.
• Provide technical leadership, knowledge-sharing, and mentorship to other engineers.
• Build and enhance high-volume, fault-tolerant processing infrastructure.
• Optimize testing, monitoring, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on software engineering experience.
• Mastery of modern server-side languages and proficiency with SQL.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure management, preferably AWS.
• Proven experience mentoring other engineers and acting as a force multiplier.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers and product managers.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office (Hybrid).

• Experience with Golang.
