Salary: $200,000 – $220,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions using Ruby on Rails for the ESPM platform.
• Implement efficient data pipelines to process petabytes of data and extract relevant security insights.
• Collaborate with security researchers to understand and combat evolving hacking strategies.
• Provide architectural direction and serve as a technical thought leader for the engineering team.
• Mentor junior engineers by breaking down ambiguous problems into well-defined tasks and validating designs.
• Build across the full stack, including UI components, data models, and automated security detectors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing complex software products.
• 5+ years of professional programming experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Strong experience with relational databases, specifically Postgres.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code.
• Must be based in the United States
