Salary: $170,000–$180,000 + 10% Bonus

What you will do

• Direct the definition, planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs and projects across the DoW.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery and technical stakeholders, driving the relationship from implementation through adoption.
• Design program playbooks to standardize repeatable implementation processes across Federal customer bases.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW), government proposals, and procurement documents including technical specifications.
• Establish organizational and software delivery metrics, building reports and dashboards to detail program health and customer success.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoW Security Clearance with a Tier 3 Investigation (Secret) required; ability to obtain Tier 5 (Top Secret).
• Must be based in the Washington, DC metro area.
• 8-10 years of experience in DoW program management across complex, multi-program enterprise organizations.
• Proficiency with software delivery methodologies for SaaS, on-premises, or hybrid deployment models.
• Extensive experience working with complex U.S. Federal Government or public sector compliance requirements.
