What you will do

• Design secure cloud reference architectures and multi-tenant enclave boundaries.
• Analyze and triage security vulnerabilities using SAST and DAST tools within CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute container vulnerability scans and validate Kubernetes cluster configurations.
• Engineer micro-segmentation boundaries to enforce least-privilege data path access.
• Perform technical Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for cloud orchestrators and security tools.
• Ensure compliance with DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG) and Container Security standards.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI (Tier 5 Investigation) clearance required.
• Must be based on-site at Scott Air Force Base (AFB), IL.
• DoD 8570.01-M / DoDM 8140 IAT Level III or IASAE Level II qualification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, CSSLP).
• Certification as Kubernetes Administrator (CKA/CKAD), AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or Fortify expert.
• 6–9 years of experience in advanced cloud systems engineering, DevSecOps automation, or network architecture.
• Expertise in Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
