What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain Cameo and IBM DOORS platforms to ensure mission-critical stability.
• Oversee application health, security, performance, and coordinate software upgrades.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Software Development teams.
• Assess and improve processes to enhance service quality and user satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintain detailed system documentation.
• Partner with external vendors to define and ensure the delivery of contracted services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in systems administration.
• Proven experience as a technical administrator for Cameo and IBM DOORS applications.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, software configuration, and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in software environment management and upgrade execution.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Louisville, CO

Nice to have

• Certifications: IBM Certified Specialist – Rational DOORS or Cameo OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, or PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and virtualization (VMware).
