What you will do

• Support Technical Program Managers in managing active engineering and operations programs.
• Coordinate tasks across design, project, and field engineering teams.
• Maintain program workflows and backlog health in tools like Jira or Asana.
• Organize and maintain program documentation, including meeting notes and process flows.
• Prepare weekly status reports and maintain dashboards for task progress and risks.
• Schedule meetings and ensure follow-up on action items to drive closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in program or project coordination.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Must be based in Houston, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, construction, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows and terminology.
• Experience supporting engineering leadership or TPMs.
