What you will do

• Draft detailed system and functional requirements, including quality attributes like usability, security, and scalability.
• Create critical technical artifacts such as data dictionaries and data flow diagrams to ensure precise product delivery.
• Formulate and manage the product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and cases.
• Serve as a primary liaison between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and troubleshoot data inaccuracies using SQL to recommend process improvements.
• Document implemented software and key architectural decisions for internal reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the US (implied by US-specific 401K and health benefits).
• Advanced experience with SQL Databases, including writing complex joins and CTEs.
• Proven experience with ETL processes and data structure review.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting BRDs and leading workshops.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for requirement tracking and documentation.

• Prior Scrum experience and relevant certifications.
