What you will do

• Lead and delegate tasks to install crews, subcontractors, and union trades on large-scale projects.
• Oversee all on-site activity and report progress, status, and issues to the Project Manager.
• Maintain strict quality control for all physical installations of technology on the job site.
• Read and interpret functional design drawings and cable riser diagrams for accurate installation.
• Perform advanced fiber optic cable handling, installation, termination, and testing.
• Track and maintain toolkits, company vehicles, and material inventories.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to commute to Kenilworth, NJ, USA.
• AVIXA CTS Certification and OSHA 30 Certificate are required.
• Five or more years of experience as an installation technician or in a related industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle for travel.
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical concepts and advanced AV installation skills.
• Ability to lift/move materials up to 40 pounds and work in construction site conditions.
