TL;DR

Regional VIP Lead (iGaming): Owning VIP acquisition and growth across the Southeast US market with an accent on proactive recruitment of high-value players and relationship management. Focus on building a player book from scratch, optimizing LTV through personalized engagement, and translating player feedback into product improvements.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, specifically the Southeast market with priority on FL & GA)

What you will do

  • Proactively identify, target, and recruit high-value players in the Southeast region through direct outreach and referral networks.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of VIP players using personalized, multi-channel outreach (SMS, phone, email) to drive loyalty.
  • Oversee bonusing strategies to reward desired behaviors and maximize LTV while protecting company margins.
  • Advise the product team on game providers and high-limit features to elevate the premium VIP experience.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP onboarding and loyalty journey.
  • Analyze player activity and CRM data to execute proactive reactivation strategies and hit regional revenue KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Online Gaming, Casino Hosting, VIP Account Management, or Player Development.
  • Proven track record as an outbound hunter in identifying and closing high-net-worth relationships.
  • Deep connection to the Southeast US market and knowledge of high-value player social circles and events.
  • Strong commercial instincts regarding bonus investment and expected returns.
  • Ability to work independently and self-direct activity in a remote regional capacity.
  • Proficiency in reading player reports and using CRM dashboards to guide strategy.

Nice to have

  • An existing book of high-value iGaming or casino players that can be activated immediately.
  • Deep knowledge of the regional gaming landscape in the US Southeast.
  • Experience with reinvestment rate calculations and player valuation.
  • Previous experience working a regional territory for a sportsbook or land-based casino.
