About the Role
Playson, a leading provider of innovative gaming solutions, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial department.
As an integral part of our Account Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our gaming portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships
- Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximise customer satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimising their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings
- Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives
- Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
- Uphold and promote the company's core values at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
- Proficiency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese language would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong understanding of the gambling industry with a particular focus on Latin American markets
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs
- Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
- Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively
- Adaptability to fast-paced market changes and a structured approach to problem-solving
