What you will do

• Perform scheduled and remedial service on UPS (2-120KVA), Power Distribution Units, and Battery systems.
• Provide on-site and phone technical assistance to retail, financial, and municipal customers.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to resolve complex procedural or technical issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices and strictly adhere to safety bulletins and PPE guidelines.
• Manage administrative tasks including time cards, expense reports, and inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction rates by striving for "first time fix" results.

Requirements

• High School or Vocational School Diploma.
• 0-2 years of industry experience or 2-4 years of military experience in a related technical field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship provided.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and 75 lbs occasionally.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
