What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial outreach to signed offer.
• Creatively source and engage top talent for member services, sales, and clinical roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to design interview strategies and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Act as a brand ambassador to attract candidates aligned with the company mission and culture.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of success in high-growth, high-volume, and high-pressure hiring environments.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Comfortable adopting new technologies with an AI-forward mindset.
