What you will do

• Own GTM architecture, including positioning, demand generation, pricing, and channel leverage.
• Build and scale the SDR motion, defining ICP, territory design, and the handoff to enterprise sales.
• Design onboarding, ramp time, certification, and competitive intelligence for the sales team.
• Manage revenue operations, including pipeline hygiene, forecasting, tooling, and compensation design.
• Align Marketing, SDR, Enablement, and RevOps into a single reinforcing system.
• Translate technical differentiators into value propositions that resonate with both engineers and CFOs.

Requirements

• 8+ years in GTM leadership with direct ownership of at least two of: marketing, SDR, enablement, or RevOps.
• Proven track record of scaling a B2B company through a significant step-change in revenue.
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and technical buyers, preferably in payments, fintech, or infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative skills to defend assumptions like CAC payback in front of a board.
• Ability to operate across diverse global regions with different competitive dynamics.
• English: Fluent (C1)
