What you will do

• Monitor and track the performance of integrations with carriers and providers to ensure data flows as expected.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration problems to minimize impact on users.
• Support the onboarding of new insurers through requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized integration documentation for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Compliance, and Engineering teams to align integrations with business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to make integration management more efficient and scalable.
