What you will do

• Design end-to-end affiliate and referral mechanics, including attribution, reward calculations, and automated payout flows.
• Translate business and product requirements into detailed system specifications and technical tasks for engineering teams.
• Define API interactions and data structures between mobile apps, backend services, and partner dashboards.
• Design anti-fraud and abuse-prevention mechanics to prevent self-referrals and financial abuse.
• Document business processes and system flows using UML diagrams and modeling techniques.
• Own features from discovery to launch, ensuring alignment between product intent and delivered functionality.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a System Analyst, Product Analyst, or Technical Product Specialist.
• Proficiency in specifying integrations with external APIs and designing API contracts.
• Experience with UML diagrams and system modeling for documenting data flows and behavior.
• Working knowledge of SQL for performing data queries and supporting reporting logic.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Proxyman, or Charles Proxy.
• Ability to align work schedule with GMT+3.
