IT Analyst (Calypso/Fintech): Modernizing the post-trade landscape by migrating trade flows to a common Nordic settlement solution with an accent on system design and implementation in Calypso. Location: Hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 500 - 800 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Define delivery scope and project priorities.
• Design technical solutions and document architectural decisions.
• Implement configuration and development changes within the Calypso system.
• Execute functional testing and UAT while improving test automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to system architecture.

Requirements

• Experience in financial markets, specifically in post-trade or securities settlement.
• Strong skills in system analysis, design, and implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering changes in Agile or hybrid IT environments.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and design trade-offs.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Calypso.
• Java development skills.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
