What you will do

• Own product storytelling by translating technical launches and features into narratives that resonate with engineers and technical buyers.
• Act as the connective link between technical Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and the broader communications, social, and brand teams.
• Develop and execute integrated communications campaigns mapped to the full customer journey, from awareness to advocacy.
• Deepen hirify.global's presence and credibility within developer communities, technical forums, and open-source ecosystems.
• Create high-impact technical content, including blogs, bylines, and developer guides, positioning hirify.global as an expert in AI-augmented development.
• Track and optimize the performance of product communications using data to refine messaging for technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Tech, specifically with technical brands in developer tools, security, or AI.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools or working closely with engineering teams to maintain technical credibility.
• Strong foundation in Product Marketing (PMM), including expertise in positioning, messaging, and launch strategy.
• Proven ability in technical writing and storytelling for sophisticated technical audiences without oversimplifying complex concepts.
• Fluency in developer community dynamics and the ability to contribute authentically to open-source ecosystems.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
